Amanda Caliolo (Stage Manager) is a deviser, designer, writer and stage manager based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She is excited to be working on Les Frères. Her recent credits include performing, co-devising and co-designing EVREN (Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2018), stage-managing You've Got to be Kidney Me (Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2018), A Flea in Her Ear (Toronto Fringe Festival), Mother and Daughter (Theatre inspiraTO Festival) and You’ve Got to be Kidney Me (York University- playGround Festival).

Taras Ostapchuk (Illustrator) is a freelance illustrator, designer, artist. She began by drawing flyers in the underground music scene. A graduate from the Max Animation School with a Classical Animation Diploma. Ostapchuck has exhibited his works in various galleries in the city and beyond. 

Farhiya Dini (Assistant Stage Manager) is a Somali-Canadian writer and multidisciplinary creative based in Toronto. As a storyteller, she's interested in generating content that centres women of colour and others living on the margins. Farhiya believes that art in all forms has the ability to build community and revolutionize how we identify – her involvement with Les Frères stems from this conviction. Katherine Roberts (Prop Designer) is a third year student at the University of Toronto, Trinity College, studying History and Anthropology. She has been involved in campus theatre as a stage manager and props designer for shows produced by TCDS, VCDS and the SMC Troubadours. This is her second show with the UC Follies.

Ruby Chen (Assistant Stage Manager) is a recent cinema studies graduate from the University of Toronto. She is very excited to be working as an assistant stage manager for Les Frères. This is her second time assistant stage managing; after her first experience working on a production team, she was excited to continue her foray into the world of theatre. She enjoys a good cup of tea and nighttime walks, when she is dreaming of the cat she may someday own.

Ze Mair (Choreographer) is an emerging artist and choreographer from Toronto. From their roots in classical music, Ze translated their artistic passion into dance - training in ballet, jazz, and modern styles. 

Caroline Shim (Dramaturg) is a recent graduate from University of Toronto's English Literature program. She is excited to be back on campus to work on this amazing production!

Karl- Henz Fecu (Costume Designer/Stylist) is a Haitian-Canadian designer and published stylist enrolled in the design and fashion program at the Toronto Film School. He has experience in wardrobe styling, business management and is a well rounded entrepreneur.

Ella Theisinger (Lighting designer) is a German-born, Singapore-raised, and Toronto-based lighting designer. She is a 3rd-year theatre production and design student at York University. Previously she has worked as a lighting and sound technician whilst also lighting designing theatre and dance. Notable projects include You’ve Got To Be Kidney Me! at the 2018 Edinburgh Festival Fringe and the annual Chinese Students Association New Years Spring Gala. This is her first time working with UC Follies and she is excited to be a part of the Les Frères team.

Amina Alfred (Sound Designer, Composer, Vocalist, Percussionist)  is a Multi-Disciplined Artist; and founder of ARAMINTA 5 in cahoots with Rahjudah Creative Services. In the realm  of theatre arts she is notably recognized for her contribution as a drummer, percussionist, composer, vocalist, make-up artist and scenic painter. She is the original drummer of Toronto’s smash theatre hit ‘Da Kink in My Hair’.

Khadijah Salawu (Assistant Sound Designer) is a theatre-maker, arts educator, creative producer, and DJ. Salawu completed a B.A in Drama, Theatre and Performing Studies at the University of Toronto (2018) and currently works as an archivist at UofT's Centre for Drama. 

Manoosh Tavakoli (Voice Coach) is a musician and is studying philosophy and performance at the University of Toronto. He is passionate about the authentic representation of diverse communities and their histories in the theatre. He wants the audience to leave the show with a better understanding of the complexities of human relationships, namely how these connections are heavily dependent upon the individual’s own disposition and experience with the world.
